I agree with the title statement. BNY Mellon is taking strides 'to do the right thing'. They are never wrong.

For many employees I agree 100% with this statement. BNYM is not worried about the bottom line. At this point it is a woke social experiment focused exclusively on DEI. So if you are part of the new favored classes BNYM is a FANTASTIC place to work.

They are helping employees with their life and truly value every single employee. We are not treated as numbers because BNY 'Cares'. It's not about the bottom line they care. It is the bottom line of employee's heart they listen to. That is unheard of in the finance industry. BNY is doing the right thing.
