I like Scotty's videos. I admire his bravery. Most bipolar schizophrenic methamphetamine users shy away from the internet, but this guy puts it all out there for us to see.

Kids, watch these videos. They are a great cautionary tale. Better warnings than the stuff created with the DARE program. Just stay off the dr-gs.

Not to say his points arent valid, but this guy doesn't have any of the skills required to resolve a complex warranty problem inside the corporate machine that is a modern automotive producer.

That is a hard to watch video, constant rant, no real information, analysis or root cause. The fact that this is a joint GM/Ford development is touched on and it would be interesting to hear if GM is having issues with harsh shifts. GMs transmission history has not always been stellar, the GMT800 for one. I assume they are not identical and I am curious what the differences are. Didn't get anything useful out of that rant.

Story sounds familiar.

That lessons learned must not have make its way into the failure avoidance documentation. I'm sure we will get it right next time.

Don't electric motors have seals?

Hey, model E genius, there is no model E without ICE profits.

Scotty is 100% correct. How did these engines leave DEP without an oil cavity leak test? These front and rear seals are Busch league failures…

Not a Model e product I should remind you. Don't judge future Ford products by current ICE offerings.

This type of issue will not occur on BEV, obviously.

shameful for Ford, embarrassed as a former employee

Scotty is correct. No Ford High Performance owners should have to deal with embarrassing engine crankshaft oil seal leaks on a new high performance motor. Unacceptable!!! It should have been bulletproof.
