Disgusting that he made it through multiple separation rounds, while decent employees were fired. On the other hand, makes me think if IT is monitoring our computers, they are monitoring the wrong things.

@3qrd Is right. Look at what happened with Elena. She was arrested for driving drunk with her kids in the car. She said a few sorries and promises to do better and now she's chief of customer experience. Any one of us would have been shown the door.
The dude must not of been on the friends and family plan. If he were on FnF Ford surely would have squashed the info instead of passing it along to law enforcement. We all know the policies and rules only apply to non-FnF.
It’s common sense that if someone lacks judgement and/or character, they shouldn’t be employed at your company much less be in a leadership position. Now maybe exception could be made for positions that require manual labor with constant supervision. But that is a slippery slope - witness the Chicago plant.

Doesn't remind me at all of picture's from the magazines that Hugh or Larry published, those were pictures of adults, perhaps distasteful in public but not illegal. This guy is alleged to have had stuff involving children which is illegal and wrong, zero questions asked. This kind of perversion and child abuse cannot be tolerated, it's wrong. Full stop!
