Most telling to me is the continued top management reshuffling, and forced “software company” message that still isn’t sticking. Combining something that makes money (Cyber) with something that doesn’t (HCI) is just more hiding of the brutal truth that HON is a legacy company, surviving off legacy products and solutions.
If Honeywell is going to remove layers of management, they start at the top and work down instead of starting at the bottom. Just goes to show the lack of respect that Honeywell has for their employees. Glad I'm gone from there.
Who lead the IGS acquisition?
Demotions coming in IGS. They removed an entire layer of lower management.
Already had some RIFs
