This article is a poorly written hit piece. Not one mention of the Ford+ transformation plan Ford already has in place to address the authors petty gripes.

Anyone else notice the slip when he said Bill Farley was the CEO? It’s funny because it is so f’d up that it seems that must be true.
Farley is the talking head and he doesn’t even do that good of a job at that. Morale is at an all time low.
