All OPS managers flying to Dallas,Texas tomorrow for an emergency meeting on how to deal with the Union, been down this same road with Bellsouth, ATT and Centurylink (surplused by all) 6 times and recycled by all for 23 years. Seems like the boat is taking on a $178billion debt mostly from FCC spectrum buying and the Captain not knowing where the ship is even going. Well guess I will keep bailing water till they kick me out, sucks to be near the bottom of seniority, doesn’t matter how hard I work. Tired of being in telecom, but hard to start a new career at my age, but companies don’t give a sh-t. Tired of the massive sh-t show everyday at work, no direction, no documentation on how to do your job or training for that matter. Not happy so please lay me off let me have my 2 weeks pay per year and kick me out the door. They have worn me out last few years, never been in such a cluster fu-k all the time. Worst confusing mess of all the companies I have every worked for.

The Union workers do a better job and are more cost-effective than the Billion dollar Inf0sy$/Indian contractors. The Union workers have documented results. Their work is tracked daily. Where are Infy's results? What has Infy accomplished in the last 4+ years? Why has the stock price continued to fall since 2018/2019 when Hans replaced the experienced, American VZ IT workers with Infy?
Hans, Shanks, Sampath, etc only care about the kickbacks they get from India/Infy. They don't care about VZ. They are no different than the SVB execs or FTX/SBF. It's all about them bilking as much money out of VZ and then jumping out with their golden parachutes just before the company crashes.
This place is a wash keep making them more money so they can make poor decisions and it cost you your 401k pension or your job smh but the top man walks away having done that with 40 million in there pockets
