Backup your files and emails weekly. Make a copy of your outlook PST file.
Doesn’t matter if your USB port doesn’t work.
Every Ford location (especially plants) have devices on network without the Ford Windows bloatware. USB ports on those devices work.
Many people have been anonymously backing up their files this way for years!
Outlook weirdness was the first sign of my SIRP. Good luck you all!
