Clean, neat, and straight don't exist in my club we have so many crooked pallets its ridiculous 😑 😒 🙄 and the filth as build up so much on the steel its part of the club now smhhhhh.

these nimrods at corporate are so out of touch with what it takes to keep a club looking decent. they are the root of the problem. over buying & forcing it out on clubs cuts down on efficiency in the clubs as well as the dc's.
they want to hold you accountable, but there is no one to hold them accountable for over buying, under staffing, & trying operate with no margin for error.
At my club you can barely walk in receiving. Too much freight, no room to slot merchandise and not enough people to stock. Everyone is so frustrated and home office doesn't care. People are frustrated and we don't see an end to this. These young kids we're hiring do not have the same work ethic we long term associates have. They call out like crazy, they do not care. They say they don't get paid enough to work so hard. What upsets me is when District manager comes in pinpointing all the wrongs without ever acknowledging anyone. What happened to lead by example? Once i see that, i lose all my respect for him.
Piles of trash behind every pallet at my club. That’s what they get when the cut the number of people stocking in half and give them half the time to stock it. Behind 3 DC trucks because 1/3 of the steel space we are not allowed to use(no stacking in top steel). So that leaves us with 5 DC trucks tomorrow not counting live loads.
Let me tell you. Most clubs are not all three at one time unless the club is blowing payroll or they didn’t stock the night before.
