Managers who don’t manage people are not managers. They’re employees screwed out of OT
Well for starters , the company has an army of “managers” that are really nothing more than technical support for specific managed services from Cisco routers to legacy pbx. Some even get OT.

Black contract is for the 9 southern states.
Actually they did ok, in addition to the yearly raise now have Cola for inflation, up to a total of 5% per year for the length of the contract. That’s better than no cola. You can look it up online for the the details in addition to everything else.

Not as bad as AT&T has screwed you over, non bargained "manager". Manager, a joke position, thinking it is a promotion. Might get 10K increase in pay and lose any overtime pay. AT&T is smiling all the way to the bank with you.
