Just applied a week ago and the application asked if I would be fully vaccinated by December of 2021...

Tried the religious exemption. Failed. And now PIPd. Good luck. Why would you want to work for this company? Layoffs are coming and they don’t mind kicking new hires to the curb.
Honeywell made it a company policy so it is not affected by mandates. You could try religious exemption but good luck
Those of us on the inside thought the 8 page document for exemption would be sufficient. It was nice when they followed up with 5 page document filled with misinformation to try and further discourage you from trying to keep your job. It was also great they waited until the last minute to tell you whether you would still be employed.
I can’t believe there are still people who think that “shot” (not a vaccine) actually works to this day in stopping the spread. It has been completely disproven to be effective against transmission, which was the point of the mandate.
Did you mean December 2023?
Not worth the hassle to try and get past the guardians of woke. If you were already on the inside you could use the Liberty Counsel docs to get around the back and forth questionnaires and even getting a letter from your pastor.
Get a religous exsemption. Have fun with the back and forth questions and forms. Your church leader will have to put i writting supporting it...
If you apply after seeing this site you deserve honeywell.
Well, to be fair, I said that I would not be fully vaccinated nor would I seek an accommodation.
Still listed on the HON job website:
"All job offers will be contingent upon providing proof of vaccination prior to the first day of employment. Honeywell will consider requests for an exemption or a reasonable accommodation as required by law."
No word on if this will end in May when Joey's emergency powers sunset.
For your sake, I hope you come to your senses and withdraw the application. Any request for an exemption or accommodation will be an automatic disqualifier in this hyperwoke company.
