Thread regarding Fidelity Investments layoffs

More layoffs coming this month??

I’ve heard a rumor that we’ll be seeing more layoffs in March. The person who shared the rumor is not the most reliable one (let’s just say he’s prone to misinterpreting things he’s been told) so I’m trying to see if anybody else has heard anything about cuts?

Reduction in Irish workforce is being planned as well. This is exactly what happens when you expand at an unsustained phase. Middle management to be hit as well.

RIF will initially be a small group of workers who refused Dynamic Working.
It will be used as a scare tactic to get the rest to begin coming in for their designated “connect weeks”.
HR threats already made with regards to this (to Chapter Leads about their reports).

@1ofb+1lMXqk5v I hope you do understand that they can be hiring on the phones and still do a RIF.
