Leadership has heard our feedback and is working on developing an alternative option to RTO. Word is, the new policy will be that employees can skip an in-office day by providing evidence to their manager that they revved their engine in the driveway for an hour and ordered food delivery for lunch from a tenant in a WFC office building. Doing this 3x per week will be necessary to be full remote, potentially 4-5x per week beginning in 2024.
