Does anyone know for sure when the date for the next RIF is? I heard it will be the week of April 3 but then heard the week of March 27.

If I could negotiate a VSP like that I would be gone in the morning. Management continues to lie to our faces or at best say nothing (act as if everything is normal). Listen up Change Leadership - we know you are also in the dark about a lot of this but why don't you just say that? Gaslighting us won't serve you well in the long term.
Leaving on my own got nothing for my years of service except the headache of them trying to force paperwork on me.
Voluntary Severance package is the only way to reduce staff and keep some resemblance of a positive culture. Not sure why this was never considered. Amazon offered 1 week for every 6 months of service PLUS 3 months. Along with 4 months paid health insurance. I wonder how many would leave on their own for that.
All these layoffs each quarter are stressing everyone out. So many have quietly quit.
