Call volume has been lower over the last year with less customers. Spc sites are occasionally having time in-between calls, which makes me believe vcg customer care and tech could be on the cutting board to get chopped. Spc is scheduled to take 80% or more of the call volume by end of year, so maybe the cuts for care and tech were scheduled for October but are coming early because of losses? Also, what are all the internal trainers training for care and tech??? Do they even have new hire anymore? Maybe their managers and them are about to be cut as well? Who knows but these 2 groups look like they are on life support... what departments do you think VZ is pulling the plug on?

Accept the reality that as long as the current C-suite occupants are in place, nothing will change....
There is always time between calls every year at this time. Call volume decrease starting mid February and right around June pick up and by the 4th of July it's normal back to back with some available time in the AM. Then at the end of October going into November is the real busy time which peaks around Christmas. After the returns are processed in January from the holiday guarantee it slows down.

I called tech, rep that assisted me wouldn't say where they were located. Her answer was " we are offshore, cannot share" she said. Definitely outsourced. Good luck Care and Tech reps and to customers as service was terrible.
