I feel like contractor headcount has been rising over the last 10 or so years

The trend is to cut employees. And hide the fact by giving employee IDs to contractors. Count was about 252,000 employees last year as reported by T to the stock market. I have no old prospectus or annual reports to verify trends.

It would be nice if you post the monthly or weekly history of the headcount so we can see its trend.
