Just received a replacement WFCC. Went to activate it and the online system told me my birthday was wrong. Called customer service and they tell me my birthday is right.
I feel confident my/our employer is succeeding.

Just got a replacement card FedEx from WF for something that was not real. I got an email saying my card was being cancelled due to possible fraud. I called the bank and they told me it was cancelled because I never responded to the letter sent in the mail on March 21st. I had 5 days to respond. The letter arrived on March 28th, so the 5 days was not possible. I asked why they could email me about the card being cancelled but NOT the letter telling me I had 5 days to respond. Honest to god she said that is the process. Since I had to change several auto payments to another card anyway I simply cut up the new WF card. Done with that. The transaction they suspected was fraud was legitimate. How many times do customers do what I just did and quit the bank over the incompetence. Oh and this morning I got an email saying my new card would be here in 1-3 days. It came yesterday. Too funny.
Did you ask them to do the needful?
Give Sandeep a break, he's still learning on the job.
Other CCs work a lot harder to communicate and offer advantages of using their cards (for spending, that is). My WF CC is jammed into an old window frame to fix a rattle. Works great!
Despite their very well-spoken, nearly accent-free English, it was obvious the person was in the Philippines.
Sandeep must have gotten the month & day fields confused again.
