Any changes to Payment?

Even though it would directly affect me—calling customers/members for payment when they can exclusively deal with the provider is so outdated. At this point I feel like I’m bothering people and have received comments about to from members as well. Any plans to allow members to pay online or for us to stop bugging them?

I just want to be off the phone honestly lol
