Anyone that finds our help desk is worth bragging about is clearly 100% out of touch with reality. This evidence of the disconnection between executive levels and what the rest of the company is seeing clear as day.

How does ExxonMobil think this poor level service is anywhere near acceptable? I've worked a bunch of oil companies and by far the EMIT is the most PIP worthy.

The fact she bragged about how good IT was, seemingly not knowing she gets a special IT helpline really shows how out of touch the wh----y Executive is.
