Seriously, I don’t think it’s worth posting anymore. The company is just an avenue for good ole boys n gals to make money. Yes, the quarterly bonuses are great…but something is seriously wrong.

I cared but got fed up with empty promises and cr-p pay and left. I have so much less stress and better pay. 10/10 recommend.
This is why the corporates should be taxed fairly (equally burdened as an individual). They get away by sh**ing dollars on fire in the name of "expenses", while individuals and small business owners can't. This is why the US debt has skyrocketed compared to the rest of the world.
True story. You have the joker who self named himself “The Coach” who contributes absolutely nothing to the company but parades around on the company dime buying bottles of wine none of us could ever afford. A lot of good people were let go with all the cuts yet they kept this clown? When he does show up for work, he does nothing productive at all. I watched him for years walk down the hallways at Holmes Rd just BS’ng all day long. He had his own personal marketing assistant who he ended up creating some joke of a position for just to keep her paycheck rolling in. You can tell she learned from him because she contributes about as much as he does to the company. Yet, she’ll travel around the world on the company dime and sometimes even bringing her family or friends with her yet we’re laying off people who actually help this company make money. Makes me sick. So glad I left that dumpster fire.
Everyone who cared and tried was run off years ago. You are left with only people who don't care, getting paid too much for too little (won't make waves), or are part of the ruling class. Of course no one cares.
Someone just quit that had like 20 or 30 year of service. Nobody can get a pay increase.
You are just a number. Expendable. Don’t forget it.
