Makes sense, I still can’t figure out what all these Nocs are. They have a Noc for everything, Joe Russo has been trying to centralize it for years. All he keeps doing is creating more redundancy. You meant March 30th, April 30th is a Sunday (Not happening on any Sunday); it generally happens the last pay period of the month on a Thursday.

management definitely provides names and then they are reviewed by legal hr etc. i think more are happening in May and then off payroll in june or based on WARN, a little later.
