• Jim Farley, CEO, at $20,996,146, down from $22,813,000 in 2021
• CFO, at $8,956,211, down from $9,428,326 in 2021
• Bill Ford at $17,302,266, down from $18,662,706 in 2021.
• Kumar Galhotra at $8,172,563, down from $9,285, 825 in 2021.
• Doug Field at $15,087,262 for 2022.
**Farley's benefits included $903,857 for personal use of aircraft, while Bill Ford's benefits included $636,395 for personal use of aircraft and $1,113,703 for security, according to the filing Friday.
The company also itemized its incentive bonus plan payments:
• Farley with $2,754,000
• Lawler with $1,112,355
• Bill Ford with $810,000
• Field with $334,620
• Galhotra with $968,760
Farley, Ford and Field did not get a raise in base salary in 2022.
Meanwhile, Lawler saw a 12.4% raise to $1,16,800 and Galhotra saw a 2.7% raise to $1,062,950. The CFO has been overhauling financial reporting protocols to reflect different business units within the company and break out detail of gasoline-powered and electric vehicle operations within the company. Galhotra oversees the building of the biggest money makers, such as Super Duty trucks, that provides the financial backbone of a company transitioning to electric vehicles.

I watched Doug Field's town hall this week, twice, he is worth every cent that Ford is paying him. If you cannot see that there is no helping you.

Sickening. BF and the BOD are insane paying these execs like they do.
Toyota’s CEO made $4.5 million with a market cap of $234 billion.
Fatley $23 million with a market cap of $50 billion.

How about for every recall the CEO sacrifices one dollar of compensation? That would make Farley salary about twenty dollars.
All the other execs LL2 should sacrifice 50 cents of compensation for every recall;
The LL3 25 cents; The LL4 10 cents; The LL5 5 cents; The LL6 1 cent
Imagine how they would all focus on product quality instead of BS initiatives and self promotion game play - when they are held accountable.

$20mn for JF? Who does he think he is Alan? Sorry but JF is definitely no Alan. He is suppose to be a marketing or car guy. Sorry again he has no accomplishments. Loss market share. we left almost all of the NA car segments.
Elena Ford her only qualification is the name on the building. another clueless one. if not for the name she would not even be employed at Ford..
DF.. Now there another winner.. So much so he never stays any where for more than 3-5 years. I wander how the BOD or WS did not see that pattern.
Then BF.. Again a TRUST FUND BABY. The only thing he has is the name.
BETWEEN 2000-06 He was CEO. Fired by his own family for Alan. Then he goes out an waste company money on the "WORLDS LARGEST CRACK HOUSE" Train Station. Of course the Press will give him a pass for this BS.
Glad I fired this company some time ago.

Mullaly got $38M in salary and bonuses. I remember Elena felt that was a lot and that he should go as soon as the transformation was secure.

Explain why someone making a million-dollar salary even needs a bonus. Leave the bonuses to employees who are not in management. They are the ones that deserve it.

Disgrace. Shameful. None of these incompetent men are qualified to move Ford forward. The path to profitable, desirable and safe EVs does not exist at Ford. Billions of dollars lost is not sustainable. The lies of creating jobs in the US by building a factory in TN will never conceal the tens of thousands of jobs lost through the targeted termination of older pensioned employees and the offshoring of engineering. The company continues to lose talent as nepotism runs rampant led by fakes and rejects.
NYT, WSJ, Mr Lorenzo, anyone please research Doug Field and expose his fails at Apple and Tesla, expose Farley's fails at Toyota and his backstabbing at Ford to achieve CEO. Expose the unethical targeting of older employees and the Boston Consulting algorithm. It is criminal how what was a great company in the heart of America is destroyed by lies, deceit and incompetence. Accountability folks! These id--ts need to be terminated as time and resources are quickly running out.

Not surprised to see that there is more investment in Doug Field who runs Model e, as he is compensated fairly compared to the head of Ford Blue which is no longer the growth business of Ford.
