You guys need to ask yourself, if managers don't care, why do I ?
Then ask, why doesn't corporate care?

They're not paid to care. They're paid to raise the value of the stock. Caring costs too much godda-n money.
That goes to show how much no one really cares. How sad this company has gotten so bad. I'm sure Sam Walton is rolling in his grave.
From Home Office downward few if any managers care what happens at your club. But this is how the caring rolls down hill like p-o. Each level of management only cares whether or not the level below them cares. So at club level the managers don't care what's going on or how things are going to get done, What they do care about though is whether or not YOU care. When you don't care that forces them to have to care and they DO NOT want that. When you do all the doing and all the caring no single manager all the way to home office has to care about the things in your club. The only thing each successive layer of management all the way up cares about is being able to say to their boss is yep its all getting done.
