Interesting, last month Crown ended the vaccine mandate but the federal executive order that was the supposed catalyst for Crown’s mandate is still in place. Wondering what the logic is for ending vs the logic for starting? Still remember Chris L saying during an EMT town hall, the vaccine offered more protection than natural immunity. Still laughing at that one.

Crown Leadership is weak and it shows all the way down to the director of implementation. it is painful to watch some of these "leaders" try to conduct themselves professionally on video. Leadership folded when it was time to standup for basic freedom. I for one stay quiet now and do my mindless tasks waiting for retirement and I love leaving at the end of the day knowing I don't promote this kind of weakness in my family, personal life and/or business.

We will be looking good come the 19th
Crown is in dire straits. Fiber is struggling mightily, SC is dead and tower is just about scrapping through. We are over staffed, plain and simple. No is busy and we hiding behind open reqs and future needs. The end is near for many of us.
Guess we will see next week! Stay tuned analysts…
Gossip girls need to stop. Crown isn’t in financial trouble. We have over 200 requisitions open across the country. We have plenty of work to do. Sorry to disappoint the naysayers.
says the mindless sheep
It is easier to be a mindless sheep than a keyboard warrior.
Don’t be surprised if earnings “meet”guidance. Games being played. Truth is small cell and fiber are lagging badly and tower has slowed. Should be a tough few quarters but Houston may report differently.
I can promise they are whacked out about the next earnings call coming up. Smell the fear in Houston? You
Crown management monitoring the site and requesting posts being deleted. “Leadership” is weak and can’t handle “radical candor”.
Looks like some of the earlier posts were deleted. I wonder why.
Good for Crown for and its employees, The Executive Order mandating vaccinations was no longer being enforced . This how you move forward, complaining about past policies does nothing. The EMT was in tough spot, they needed to comply with federal and state laws along with keeping their employees safe. They did their best with the information they had. It's easy to second guess and be a keyboard warrior
Glad you’re gone
Been talking about this recently with teammates. Some say the Sunsys acquisition was when things changed, others say it was Lightower. For me it was the hiring of CL to C-Suite. Across the board he has been a disastrous failure and changed the culture for worse. The guy is clueless and a fraud. From Covid response with his bootlicking sidekick KR to Microtrenching nonsense to purple pumas. He needs to be sidelined along with all his purple coolaid carriers. We need to get back to what made us a good company that we were proud to work for and represent. Wake up Jay.
Why didn’t you get a religious exemption?
I feel like the mandate was the greatest catalyst for attrition. It caused everyone to question their loyalty. It helped me realize I wanted something totally different that what CC was offering.
The mandate was in line with the character of the executive team. I could never imagine a scenario where CC Directors and above stood up for individual freedoms over political correctness. They always said we had a problem with Crown nice, but only had one solution to this problem. However, reading the Radical Candor book was not enough to change the minds and culture of management.
That’s just a long way of saying CC does not contain any leaders in the upper ranks, only managers.
What recourse do you have if the EMT declines to explain anything to you?
