I’m not a WF employee but am in the finance sector. When you mention Wells Fargo two things come to mind.
If I was a company would I pick WF to handle my finances? No.
If I was a company would I pick WF to take out a business loan? No.
If I was a company would I want to be associated with WF in any manner? No.
As a individual would I want WF to handle my personal investments? No.

What possible perspective could I bring you ask? There is no impactful perspective that I could ever bring that speaks louder than your own colleagues. Especially those on this board with their hardy har har comments. It speaks volumes. I don’t have to down play WF too much, just look to your left and look to your right at all the WF employee comments posted. In that you are correct, there is nothing I can say that speaks louder than that. In that, I agree with you.
OP it seems a bit unusual to voluntary bash another company here, what possible perspective could you bring to the table here? Since the majority of readers here are in WF, there's zero to gain from an outside referencing public news about our company.
For your personal finances, you aren't making an impactful statement by not choosing WF. People get groceries from Target to bodegas to Whole Foods. Same goes for financial products, just move along and do what you need to.

It got so bad I'd let out a howl whenever I saw the WF logo on the business channel over my morning coffee.
Left for another bank, not better, not worse, but much less crimey.
I don't know why anyone is still at WF, feds should have broken it up when they had the chance.
There are other less crimey places to work.

Wells Fargo is the only place I worked where I recommended friends and family use someone else.
A VP is not an executive. If you’re in banking you would know that. EVP and C level are executives.
