new Stock RSU pushed back may 2023 again?

I heard RSUs will be given in May. Is there any change on number of shares given ?

Unclear if this is supposed to be the "reward". I read the stockholder documents proposing to add 150m to the stock pool for compensation (from 280ish), so maybe they're planning on a top-up later in the year if it gets approved? Because it won't be voted on by the time managers allocate the current budget

The dividends should be brought back first. The RSU’s can wait until the bottom line improves. They should keep cutting people rather than pay.
