Just wondering, with all the chatter about poor performance by Ford

Some of us were let go last year, so we don’t have access to the email. We are eligible for the 2022 AICP.
Why worry about the LL6s. The target almost doubles as you you go up each level. That means those oh so valuable LL5s and LL4s are looking at over $50k and $100k respectively!
Most of the LL6s are player -coaches, which means they are doing work and managing. LL5s+ sit in meetings and talk about where they're going to lunch or which here they'll hit after work.
Heard from a friend it was 18k?
If they worked for Ford, they would already know the boss’s percentage. It was published in the AICP email.
What will you achieve by knowing that? Rather than worrying about your Boss's Bonus, do something productive.
