In the last 12 yrs have we ever rolled anything new out smoothly?? Lol

This wouldn't be Mondelez if we didn't push out or layoff a bunch of highly experienced, dependable and proven workers just to replace them with bottom barrel, low quality and flaky workers. Don't forget the excuses, I forgot, I got over whelmed, ran out of time, couldn't find it or them, I wasn't trained. DM and RMS makes as many excuses as them.
They hired me a bunch of mentally ill people that don’t know how to go the job. And they didn’t train them. And now it’s my fault that I can’t do the work of 5 people every week.
