Regarding the rumor of moving headquarters back to NYC. Why not, all the other companies in Dallas give Stankey and his cronies the cold shoulder. They don't understand why. They believe these other corporate CEO's should treat them with dignity and respect. Since these other corporate CEO's in Dallas refuse to let Stankey and his cronies join in any reindeer games. Stankey would rather move the headquarters back to NYC, where they are not so conspicuous.

Com'on people, this hasn't got anything to do with "training". Just another corporate CYA ploy to ensure managers follow the script and don't say anything that can be potential liable in a lawsuit. And even if someone f@#$'ed up, company will claim that training and documentation were provided, hedging off potential class action.
Why not email a cribsheet to the supervisors? At&t sure knows how to burn cash! Why spend a dollar when you can spend millions. This company will end up in bankruptcy court sooner rather than later.
