Will it be another group call to announce those affected?

The calls on Friday will it be another group call or will AM’s be the ones calling those affected in their groups!

Hey, why not spew BS on this website? Everyone else is talking sh1t even if it makes zero sense! Most of what is said on this site is pure nonsense, especially the one about the 5/5/5 added to your March 15th layoff announcement!

“In my 40th year of service and don't plan on going anywhere...will work for another 5 years at least, maybe 7 to bring me to 67yo! T needs me and many more like me. They can outsource my job to contract work, but the quality of work is not the same.”

Just some 10th grader taunting and smoking some grass in his mom's basement. This silly blog is full of this kinda dopey nonsense

It is considered unethical to provide group notificatitions. At&t has determined individual notifications are best for now. That could change in the future.

The interesting thing about the surplus strategy is that there is an absolute minimum amount of employees to functionally run the company, and they know what that is. What is disturbing is that the average tenure of retained employees is 3-5 years. What does that mean ? For longer tenured folks…you’re on the radar. For the 3-5 year employees, just remember that there is little chance you’ll be here for a career based on the above.

My experience has always been that a 1st level calls the SOT - soon to be terminated in - sometimes attended by the 2nd level.
