Question regarding Wells Fargo lawsuits affecting our 401Ks

Are there 2 different settlements regarding our 401Ks?

I am getting info for the Wells Fargo ERISA Settlement, as well as info for the Wells Fargo ESOP Settlement. One and the same, or 2 different??

30 year veteran here. I had nearly half a million in WFC stock in my 401k there. I have heard nothing.

Yup. 23 year veteran of the shitshow and I got $900 and, just recently, $500. Of course it’s in Small Cap fund so it immediately went down in value. I’ll move it to Stable Value once it recovers and then out to my IRA at Vanguard where I moved all my other Wells assets after I quit. Don’t forget your cash balance plan…it can move to a traditional IRA too.

If you haven’t gotten any checks then you likely didn’t get any notifications either. And if you didn’t get the notifications it is because you did not qualify.

Yeah they are separate, I got two checks for around $15 each!
Probably the suits were settled for millions, lawyers took 1/3rd and the rest got divided among hundreds of thousands of minions!

I wouldn't worry about it. As with all class actions, the lawyers are the only winners. The class will get a check for 3 or 4 bucks.

2 different settlements.

How many ways can Wells Fargo find to stick it to their own employees under the cover of of “Benefits”.
