Thread regarding Ford layoffs

Why isn't Ford taking steps to reduce mediocrity?

I agree that there are many employees here whose roles exceed their competences, however, I still would not characterize Ford as a mediocre workplace, which does not mean that it won't become one soon. There are still many people here who love this company, have excellent skills and try to add as much value as possible. I work with great people and I would be sad to leave this place. What is worrying is that Ford is not doing anything to eliminate mediocrity here at all.

  • . . because they are willing for YOU to DIE for DEI, while they keep it 'all in the Family'. Not hard to see who the truly privileged really are here . . .

Our current leadership is not mediocre. We have the best talent at the top that the company has ever had. Go see Bill Ford's latest comments on this if you don't believe me.

Keep in mind that most people are "mediocre" even though pretty much every one thinks that he is better than most other people.
