Anyone else missing half pay on the last paycheck before severance?
Has Dell completely lost it.
The next few weeks looks like a mess of emails back and forth.
So much for a smooth out.

I didn't get a check on the 10th but the 2 other members of my team who were laid off did. I emailed payroll. They responded that I would be getting a full 2 week paycheck on the 17th.
I read that as sharted. Which I did during the 1on1 with manager and HR lady.
I was blocked for days due to anxiety. When i hopped on the meeting it released

Dude your a di-k go away. Feed drama somewhere else.
This pay cycle runs through Feb 17. Last day for laid off folks was Feb 10. Therefore only 1 weeks pay instead of 2. I verified this with HR last week.
Its called taxes, doomie.
