If I'm forced back to the office, I'll be leaving. There's no question about it for me. I will not lose two hours of each of my workdays on a commute that I can be spending with my family now that I know there's a better way. Also, don't listen to fearmongers when they say the job market is horrible right now, it's not. There are more than enough good jobs available if you want to move on. I know, I've been checking.

@gsq+1ldCv1k8 If FIS doesn't allow 100% remote either, it's not like the new job is going to be a downgrade.
With fis in shambles, forcing people back to the office is the least thing the company should worry about.
Has this site now become a forum for people to whinge about their jobs in general.
yea, but how many of those jobs allowed for 100% remote, especially for new employees.
