How much did your bonus go up or down from last year on a percentage basis? Did you get a salary increase, and if so, what %? My case is unique as I moved to a new group 6 months ago. Curious to hear from those in a more typical situation (stayed in same position). Me: Band 5, bonus flat, salary flat. Meets/meets… thanks

- 99% raise. Not bonus eligible. 9yrs w bank . Thankful for a job! But this hiring freeze sucks!
Down 15%
M/M, Pathetic 2% bonus, no raise, was told bank did well but they are forecasting a recession so they held money back.
Basically if the bank does poorly, you get shafted, if the bank does well, you get shafted. And they really wonder why morale is down and people don’t want to work hard. Because it’s pointless. No matter what we do they will find a bs excuse not to compensate you accordingly.
Already have an interview lined up for 20k more than this piece of sht place.
Try not to be lazy and scroll down to "compensation conversations"
Slavery, really? Sounds like a case of entitlement. You don’t have to work, turn in your resignation and walk out the door, no slave master will hunt you down, brand you or punish you. Get a life!
Likely some foolish young person thinking the world owes you. Little bonus, so you got something and was not to your standards, welcome to the real world.
Go to Disneyland if you want fluff and enchantment. You won’t find that anywhere in reality and certainly not at a bank.

No raise, a little bonus, after I reported bully to HR, and have been retaliated by mega since then, like in modern slavery targeted on different ethnic groups. Slavery is real, feel it.
