To those on the sales side that receive commission and were recently laid off on Feb 10. I asked WFR about the payment, which was scheduled to be made in FEB 2023. All they said was it was going to be made per the payment schedule. Has anyone confirmed with their manager or another senior manager that you will be receiving your earned commission next week?

I was laid off in March 2020, final cheque end of April with a final commission payment end of May.
I received my final paycheck for the week I worked before being laid off. Would’ve been nice to have been paid for that final week, since I technically wasn’t let go until the 10th, but I completely disconnected and went into job search mode. January commission payout should be March 3. I also received my severance documents via email a few days after my separation date. If you haven’t done, so, already, make sure you go into your benefits and change it to cobra coverage. Good luck on the search for those who have not found employment as of yet. Keep reaching out to your networks and especially partners and MSP’s.

I would try and get it in writing from a manager.
They may try to shaft you on it.
Something in an email.
I want to make sure that I am receiving my earned commission because it's not mentioned in our severance package
