We could be working for one of those camel hockey companies and then have something to really complain about.
I don’t “feel” anything.
They pay the minimum they get the minimum. I’m done giving AF about their bottom line.
With what they spent on buybacks they could have given everyone a 50% raise and still made record profits. Time to unionize and check their greed-driven toxic insanity.
Sucks to be regular employees... But only you can do smtg about it. Talk to you boss, dust off resume, do what makes u happier
This company makes zero sense. But there are only 2 choices. Leave or stay .
The people that could make a decision to give us all bonuses already get bonuses in the millions. They see no need to change the bonus structure.
Also those geniuses think Hotdesking will improve teamwork.
I am honestly so disgusted and embarrassed to work here. I used to be proud, now i never say where I work if i can avoid it. It’s been a couple decades now. I’m leaving anyway. This company is asking me to forfeit my integrity, how I treat people and how I deserve treated. Shame. Deep deep shame I landed myself here in this mess of a company.

Seems like achieving record profits would justify keeping one more office building open, that EM already owns, so that valued employees can be assigned a desk.
