When you resign what will happen to the left over vacation ? Is that going to be paid or is it better to take off ?

unused prorated hours are paid.
You’d only get paid out for unused time that you’ve earned between Jan 1st and your last day.
Take it. Don’t report it
Prorated amount will be paid.
