If you people are are serious about unionizing, why don't you start the movement, canvas and get enough signatures, set a meeting with those union leaders and get the ball rolling, instead of posting here?

Great question! I have the feeling most of the people on this site complain but do nothing to improve their situation. Victim rather than growth mentality evident in many of the posts here.
