Seems like attrition has picked up again. A contact engineer and a sls quit in BRPO in the last month.

Where is the ROFL emoji?
One more contact engineer calls it quits
Also a tech SLS in BRCP; don’t know him well so have no clue on his reasoning to leave.
Now for the fun part….why does BRCP SP group & discipline leads in BRES get mentioned every time there’s a BR topic that has nothing to do with either?
Sounds like one very unhappy, miserable, retiree that just can’t let go. I know who you are and know you didn’t get to leave on your terms which honestly stinks. But dude, you’re retired. Live your life and don’t look back at this place and consume yourself. You’ll be happier if you just forget about your former boss and BRES.
You’re bringing a negative vibe where there isn’t one currently, to what end?
I think she means the same manager
Management ruined both
What do engineering and the brcp sp group have in common other than becoming a sh-t show?
BMT to follow suit with their recent reorg and soon to be changes.
Don’t forget all the disgruntled BRCP sp group employees that left and are going to leave. More outstanding management repercussions.
Yup, the disciple leads will stop at nothing to protect themselves and their chosen few. Lie and cheat is their mode of operations.
Shitshow means opportunity!
I predict a large amount of attrition from BRCP over the next few years. With the move to Product Solutions, the Refinery will fill most leadership positons, pushing out alot of CP management. Many will be forced into new assessment groups and will become fodder for Refinery management. In other words......a shitshow.
