I have handed my notice days before my team were put in CPM. The reason because I managed to find a new role and it was obvious for us to be put in CPM. I just heard about the servrance and I didn't expect it to good. having a slight regret about it.

OP, I assume you made the best decision with the data you had at the time. That could be for you, your family, or other factors. You took control and took care of yourself. There is nothing in it for you to think about if you had done something different. Congratulations finding something better. Had you not given notice, you may not have found the opportunity you did or may not have found something as good. Best of luck.
