Vehicles surplused all the time. Info easily found with a easy search.
In OKLAHOMA the surplus vehicles happened when said vehicle was 10 years old or 100,000 miles. It was SunnyLane Auto Auction of Oklahoma City doing the selling. Now T doesnt even purchase vehicles. They rent/lease because ownership equals assets that can be taxed.
Fleet gets rid of vehicles through Copart. Go to any Copart yard in the country and you're likely to find T vehicles there.
"automotvie department"? LMAO
Yep even cable trailers not used have been sold/surplussed out. We’re down to just 1 spare vehicle. And 1 winch truck to share amongst 3 work centers
I heard they're giving one to each us as part of the 5 + 5 package, along with new fishing boats and suite season tickets to our favorite hockey and football teams. All this in addition to prepaid monthly visa cards for beer. Dam ya gotta love T.
