Anyone get laid off during reviews or heard about any going to happen?
My manager scheduled ours but hasn’t said anything about it or what we should expect. Been very hush, hush. I feel like we could get laid off so was just wondering what other experiences were?
This was a fear if mine as well. So many changes, everything is a secret. Management being switched around, teams being restructured. I recently had my common review was fearing the worst for over a month. Thought for sure I was going to get laid off,demoted, have pay docked and placed in a job I wouldn’t have a choice in but as of right now luckily Im still employed.
It's a free for all! This is a VERY toxic company. Update your resume, go read the reviews in glassdoor and find a company that actually takes care of their employees! It's been a ride and I'm VERY HAPPY to get off!
