I got 4.25% - kind of sucks to see some got 4.5% I mean its a small difference but still would have been nice to get the higher threshold instead of the lower end

I believe 4% is lower band + meets expectations

If you see decimals like 4.25 or 4.5 I think 6V and above got that

2% is “meets” and near top of band

Working more for less, their way of adjusting down salary ranges for the same job.
Been like this for awhile, took away the 2-3% of salary dumped into 401k yearly and replaced with RSUs which tanked. Meager increases during high inflation. RIFs dumping more work on understaffed groups.
