Do we really think Dell has laid off 6600 people already? I seriously doubt it. So when does it end? We will probably never hear from them about it. I am in the US and have heard only small numbers from several divisions. No where near that 6600. How about you international teams?

Cut today ISG services cherrywood. My USA team was cut 60% in feb. Cuts still happening especially in EMEA.
About 70% done currently
Not done. Large sites (like Bratislava/Cherrywood) will be done in 3 waves. So much more to come till May and then new round after that. All due to local laws.

Yea I doubt layoffs are done.
Also in Emea and expect more cuts in the coming months.
Doubtful that 6500 have been cut already
Previous poster is correct. Labour laws in Europe are much tougher. Layoffs will continue through to end of March
I am in EMEA, my manager advised our team that redundancies are not finished yet & Europe would be the last because all the differences in legislation world wide.
