Manufacturing is bad, but design is abomination..
So it's design causing all the delays and not manufacturing.

Makes sense. When their own fabs are running at 40% capacity, why would Intel outsource TSMC.
Product delays have been the tick-tock of this company for a while.
Blame it on economic headwinds
