Has anyone heard how bonus structure will be implemented in trading?

My understanding is that the pay structure at the trading company will be separated from the rest of ExxonMobil and individuals hired into the trading company or transferred there will have limited mobility with the rest of the company. I have heard they will get a percentage of the book yet have reduced pension or no pension at all.

Trading Vision (and bonus) is a deceptive tool used by EM management to try and attract and retain resources at a cheap cost

You get three styrofoam cups allotted to you each week if you make quotas the month before.

10% lower base salary but chance at 10-40% bonus. Sound appealing until you realize the stretch targets to get >10% bonus…better off under Durwood

There is no such a thing as a bonus at ExxonMobil unless you are at least an executive (CL30 or above).
