RTO Expectations

I hope you all are having a great week, and gearing up to finish the week strong! I am reaching out because the Cybersecurity leadership and I continue to receive RTO compliance reports, and I began to individually reach out to non-compliant individuals on today. Please note that RTO is consistently being tracked and my ask is that each of you comply with the expectations that have been provided. Please note that if you are on a telecommute / work from home agreement, the RTO expectations are not applicable. If you have any questions please reach out to XXXX or myself. Meh. I’m over RTO. Just apply for a new job that is remote you’ll make more, either as a lateral or a new employer.Yes they still give remote/telecommute status.

at least in Technology under Saul, there are people who have been hired as full time telecommuters but have an exception in place as anyone hired as a telecommuter away from a core location requires approval all the way up to Saul.

If you were hired a few years ago as a "field rep" (i.e., full time telecommuter) you will be fine. If you want to know your status, go to Teamworks and search for "Get Details for My Location"

Scroll down to where it says Seating Information. If it says "Remote" you are fine.

old agreement may have been ripped up but exceptions and accomodations allowing wfh since then are alive and well

I don't mind going to the office. It gets me out of the office. I need the separation from work and office. I do enjoy the hybrid.
