Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

HR Town Hall

The call today was a regurgitation of what we hear over and over again. The speakers shoving their s_it down our throats. They do not live in the real world. Very disappointing. They all need to shut up 🤐

So much this. I can't stand listening to their stupid lying mouths anymore. It's nothing but platitudes and BS. WE are the reason this company makes money, not these id--ts. They are here to cut costs and nothing else. We'll outlast them.

Bottom line… Bei Ling has little to no innovation or creativity and is simply there to implement the Charlie Scharf “employee” reduction plan. Does anyone remember how proud he was when he hired her and said some asinine Town Hall comment like, “I didn’t even know who she was before I hired her” like everyone needs to be an old crony to be hired to the OC!

The “employee” reduction plan is to make WF a horrible place to work. The funny part of that plan is that the first to go are the most marketable and competent “employees”. Once the “employee” purge is complete they will both declare success and retire from the $hit show - with a TON of money each!

Why leave when I could wait for a package? I’m done with every single town hall. They only make me less engaged and angry for all the reasons people have said here. I’m happier when I’m isolated with my work and my immediate team. Our leaders are liars and horrible, selfish people. I will trust karma will do its job.

Oh wait, you don’t have the skills to leave and so you go to a site to whine. Right, I forgot.

I loved the town hall call we had last quarter where they asked the speakers to say where they were spending Christmas. Exotic islands, ski resorts, international travel. It seemed they were all bragging. How out of touch in the current environment of inflation and layoffs and shortage of staff.

@opg

Take your own advice and leave this site if you don't like it.

You can lick boots somewhere else.

This behavior is widespread across the bank. Our leaders have little understanding of our day to day jobs at the bank and what cr-p we have to put up with.
