Not close to the truth.
- 51%, Tier 1, Exemplary/Exceeds
I got 35%... because I split last December and went somewhere that values me.
Exceeds ratings, I got 3%. Oh well, about what I expected.
6%. Tier 1, no change to tsr
Did anyones TSR update to what they offer new hires for the same position?
4%. I’m at the top part of my pay band
When I can finally get out of tier 1 I will feel like a millionaire. Glad to still have a job, kinda sucks to be the lowest paid for what I do.
4% here
Mine came in at 4.5% - rating was split between meets for the one category and exceeds for the other - still in tier 1 of the payscale for my title, though inching closer to the middle tier now. My job title got an off-cycle increase 2 years ago that put me at the very bottom of the scale (don't get me wrong I was happy with the unexpected raise but 20+ years of solid performance and I'm still in the bottom third of the scale).
Stankey and Legg want us to come back to the office? Pay me at the midpoint at least and I'll make my way in one or two days a week to sit at a desk by myself and have calls with my team spread across the country. I'm more productive remote anyway.
- 3% is really good. Did your wage band go up as well?
- 3
- 3%
- 5% for me too. Its fine. really anything more than zero is good.
Just got mine. Middle-of-the-road performance rating ("meets expectations" or whatever it is); previous salary was near the bottom of the range. My increase was 4.5%
Jeremy Legg said on a town hall last year that budget for raises was set to around 4% average. We will see if that holds true - would be helpful for management folks to post their raise percentages here. I haven't gotten my YTR yet but expect it soon and will come back and post mine.
What are BSMA %’s these days?
Big deal, only thing of value are the wages. Pet insurance, adoption assistance, and other bennies are of no value. Health insurance is a joke with employee paying the lions share.
