I believe that we are now at AA- rating by the S&P. Could it ever go back to AAA which was not that far off back -2016. Why is it relevant to this post? As there were no layoffs of the kind we have seen when we were at AAA rating. So I think this is co-related.

No layoffs? So Americans jobs being moved to TCs is not a layoff? That American employee no longer is no longer employed by Exxonmobil. No layoff? You are right, no layoff just TERMINATED AND REPLACED!!
